Dr Peter Walker's research focus is understanding and mitigating the factors that lead to the emergence and spread of infectious diseases. He is based at CSIRO Livestock Industries’ Australian Animal Health Laboratory (AAHL) in Geelong, Victoria.
Dr Haja Kadarmideen is researching systems biology and statistical genetics in an effort to better understand the genetic basis of economically important livestock production traits.
